Meet The Team
Annie
Annie has a strong sense of compassion and is constantly dedicated to the success of their business and family. Annie's strong and loving characteristics make her the leader that many strive to be.
Annie attended American InterContinental University where she obtained her degree in business administration, Jones International University where she received a degree in accounting, and Grand Canyon University achieving a master of education.
This acquired knowledge along with her unique life experiences make her a perfect match for the industry and the optimal coach for those looking to learn.
Our story
Jay and Annie met in the high school choir in 1991 and since then have grown an amazing family with 4 children and 4 dogs. They began their entrepreneur career in their early 20’s by opening a multi-media entertainment business serving central Ohio.
Shortly after, they decided to start growing an additional business in the real estate industry. They began their real estate investing career with a few rentals early on and they now have over 25 rental properties. They then expanded into doing short sales, wholesaling, fix and flips, and vacation rentals in multiple states across the U.S., totaling well over 35 million dollars in transactions.

Years later, they started a professional mentoring program that taught people to start a real estate business that would allow them to live the life they have always wanted.
Jay
Jay's passion to help others combined with his love for the real estate industry has made him a key part of the company.
For nearly 15 years Jay has been a licensed real estate agent and currently is with Berkshire Hathaway.
Jay has had millions of dollars in transactions with retail commercial and both hard money and private money loans.

Jay's dedication to his family, his business, and those who are in need of a second chance has allowed him to provide homeowners with opportunities that they otherwise may not have had.
